A brief introduction.

I work in the Risk Technology space, building reporting and analytics platforms that traders and risk teams rely on every day.

Most of my work is full-stack — primarily Angular and Java on modern single-page applications and backend services — and I'm currently focused on platform engineering around horizontal scaling and database routing.

I enjoy collaborating on hard engineering problems and working in fast-paced teams.

Platforms that feel calm to use and hold up when the numbers matter — that’s the bar I try to hit.

    • Building Barclays' next-gen Market Risk reporting platform — a unified real-time analytics framework consolidating multiple reporting workflows into a single system, enabling self-service, on-demand analytics across asset classes.
    • Achieved ~3× reporting speed improvement through a new business-agnostic reporting framework built with TimescaleDB, Apache ShardingSphere, Java, Angular, and AG Grid.
    • Developed UI workflows for the FRTB Standardized Approach (SA) platform, improving the speed and clarity of reviewing large capital and risk datasets and enabling faster sign-offs.
